TalkToCRM is a living product. We are transparent about what is live, what is in beta, and what is coming. No vague promises; just the status as it is today.

What is live

Available to every customer today. Working integrations, production CRM sync and EU hosting.

  • Voice via Voys, audio upload, in-app recording for face-to-face meetings
  • Timmy joins Teams, Meet and Zoom as our own meeting notetaker, no Fireflies or Fathom required
  • Native CRM sync to Salesforce, HubSpot and Pipedrive
  • AI analysis per call: title, summary, sentiment, objections, action items
  • CRM sync for notes, tasks and status, with one-click undo
  • EU hosting on Google Cloud, organisation and personal vocabulary, compliance logging
Beta

What is in beta

Working with selected customers. Stable enough to work with, not yet open for everyone.

  • Auto-call: every call from a configured number is automatically processed into CRM
  • Subscription management: self-service billing through Mollie and Moneybird

What is coming

Confirmed, in active development, expected within 1 to 3 months.

  • SOC 2 certification: architecture already meets standards, formal audit in progress
  • Deep CRM field mutations: next step, amount, stage, customer info and custom fields
  • Fireflies official partner and marketplace listing after SOC 2
  • New CRM integrations: AFAS, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Exact Online, Teamleader

For healthcare, government, legal, financial and other regulated sectors we deliver custom work within weeks, not quarters. On request, with a dedicated scope proposal and pilot.

  • On-premise or local deployment, audio and data never leave your network
  • Custom system integration, any API in 2 to 6 weeks (CRM, ticketing, ERP, event management)
  • Dedicated database per organisation with its own encryption key and backup schedule
  • SSO and SAML with Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace, plus SCIM provisioning
  • Custom DPA and SLA, named account manager and priority incident response
  • Vertical-specific vocabularies and compliance: healthcare (HL7), legal, financial (MiFID), events (MICE)
