What does TalkToCRM do?
TalkToCRM turns meetings, phone calls and voice logs into CRM notes, tasks and structured follow-up, with jargon that matches your organisation.
Is Fireflies required?
No. Fireflies can remain a source if you already use it, but Timmy can join meetings, listen in on phone calls and receive voice logs directly.
Which CRM updates are live?
Notes, tasks and supported status or colour markings are live. Deeper field mutations such as amount, stage and next step date expand in upcoming versions.
Which CRMs are supported?
Pipedrive, Salesforce and HubSpot are natively live. AFAS, Exact Online, Bullhorn and other systems we connect on request within 2 to 6 weeks.
How does privacy work?
The architecture focuses on EU hosting, no central audio storage, undo-sync and compliance logging. Enterprise options such as dedicated databases and on-premise are discussed per situation.
Who is the data controller and processor?
You remain the data controller. TalkToCRM is the processor. The DPA is available by default and audio is not stored centrally.
Is there a trial period?
The Starter plan (pay-as-you-go) lets you pay per transcription without commitment, so you can feel the value first. For Pro we offer a 30-day pilot on request.
Which languages work?
Dutch, English and German are validated. Other languages on request. Transcription runs on Gladia (top-tier multilingual) with Whisper X as a local fallback.
What if Timmy mishears something?
Personal and organisation vocabulary reduce mis-transcription significantly. Plus: limbo mode lets you review every sync before it lands in CRM, and undo-sync restores any change with a single click.
